CIS to NCAA???

Now that a Canadian University(Simon Fraser University) has official been anointed to the NCAA, will we see an influx of schools wanting to follow in the same direction??? How will this affect the CIS??? Will it begin to make more kids decide to want to stay...home finally??? Or will it just become a phase that leads to a fad??? I personally can see, within a few years, several programs forming to build programs to eventually put in they're bid to become NCAA affiliated!!! Let's open this up!?!
