I Think It Is Justin Jackson He lives In Scarbrough , He goes To Lord Roberts He's Very Good, He Plays For Yaaace . Grade6
Without a doubt, it is Justin Jackson. At 11 yrs old, he's already over 6' and weighs around 170lbs. He's skilled, athletic, and dominates the game. He is by far the best in grade 6 and Major Atom. Without him, YAAACE would be a bottom of D1 team, but wth him they currently hold the #1 ranking in the province. Anyone who claims something different is just fooling themself.

He is very good for his age not great.
Maybe he has a lot of potential but great and Gr. 6 do not belong in the same sentence.

SBA Baller, aside from Ore & Darnel, was there a lot of other talent at the Bounce '97 tryouts?

Another good potential is Michael Lonigro from St. Wilfrid. He would be an even better player if he would join an OBA team. There he would get even better with more expierenced coaches.I know there are teams that want him. He will probably start on the senior team for Wilfrid this year.

RESPECT
With out Justin YAAACE would be a bottom d1 team. Your not serious. 1 through 12 yaaace has the most talented team in Canada. We took 4 guards from that 97 team down to Reading PE for one of the biggest ranking camps in America. All of them placed in the top twenty and two of them in the top ten. this is all of north America i'm talking about. How many kids on any of the other oba teams could go down their and make such a major impact. So before u make statements like that consider what the provincial competition is like and what type of players are on that team.

Coach Mac, yes you are the coach of these yaaace players, but you must be to close to the scene and have clouded judgement if you don't agree that JJ is the best in his age group. Better than all of the guards on your team. That's why he was chosen as #1 in his class down in the states. You may not be able to see this and may not agree, but I guarantee you that if you ask any other '97 coach in the OBA who the best is, 99% will say JUSTIN.
Ask yourself this question: If your team had to lose a player before a big game, which player would you least want to lose. Before you answer, think about last season, think about the Brampton tournament, think about the game that JJ missed, think about the outcome, think about the caliber of the team you lost to.
I think RESPECT is right. Without JJ, your team would be a low D1 team.

Coach Mac, don't get me wrong. I have much love and respect for all of your team and your successes are evident. Your guards are fantastic, but there are many good guards out there. Justin, on the other hand, is a game changer, a one in a million type of player that truly makes your team what it is.
As proof, last year (during fair play) when YAAACE played any of the D1 teams, shifts without Justin were relatively even with your competition, while the shifts with Justin were when your team would separate themselves.

Re: Best Gr.6 Around The G.T.A
Now I never said that Justin did'nt make a huge impact in any of our games.Because i would be lying if i told u that. But seeing as how i am the coach for this team dont you think i would have just a little bit more knowledge about these boys.Yes Justin is 6'4", and yes he has a world of talent, but he lacks mental toughness something that any good coach would notice. I dont follow the hype i follow whats real. Trust me these boys are like my children. I have spent three years developing them. So until Justin matures mentally.Godwin gets the edge. And since you people are so convinced my team does'nt stand a chance without Justin. Just think about all the teams out there. My top six guards are unmatched. There is no team out there that can match up with us. You guys seem to think Mr Jackson made him self or something. Everyone out there is going to be pleasently surprised this year.

WOW! You guys take this way to seriously! Just enjoy players, such as Godwin, play and enjoy there time on the court. There is nothing more satisfying, as a coach, to watch kids build skills and their confidence level through the guidance of positive role models. It's these things that allow children to succeed in school and life.
