Best summer basketball training and workouts

Post by SMARTBALLER on Tue Jun 30, 2009 9:15 am

SMARTBALLER gives you the best summer basketball workouts and practice opportunities, at the very best price. Our mission is to make high-level basketball training available to everyone this summer. The cost is only $20 for a one-week or two-week session.

Our camp director has 15 years experience training rep basketball players and has coached at the best basketball camps, with top coaches and players in the USA and Canada, in addition to being a certified personal trainer who, along with the rest of our staff, will get you in the best playing shape for the coming season.

What’s the “catch”?? The catch is that we believe it’s important for every player to be smart on and off the court. In addition to nearly 5 hours of shooting, dribbling, passing, conditioning, pivoting, one-on-one moves, advanced ballhandling drills, games, contests, tournament play, we have a short 45 minute academic session to improve/keep you on track with reading, writing, math. The 45 minute lessons are fun ,were specifically designed for basketball players and mostly related to the basketball training that takes place on the court. 45 minutes for 5 hours of top-level training? We think that’s a fair deal for you.

If you are serious about the idea of playing basketball after high-school you need to begin considering improving your academics as well. Or if you simply want to improve your game and take it to the next level before your Grade 9 training camp in September (or Grade 6,7,8 ), you can do that too.

The first session begins Monday July 6th at Earl Grey Senior PS. Return a completed registration and waiver form signed by a parent when you get to camp along with your camp fee. You can email us at smartballer@mac.com if you would like us to reserve a spot in one of our 4 summer sessions, or if you have any questions. Space is limited.
