The Hoop Factory will begin fall training sessions starting October 19th 2009. The fall program will run for 8 consecutive weeks focusing on fundamental skills, one-on-one breakdown moves, offensive and defensive footwork, vertimax and sparq training. Open to Boys and girls ages 10 and up, all levels and experience.
