Re: Coach Wheeler's Senior Girls Top 16 (Weekly)
How can Pope be number 1 in your eyes. DY has yet to lose a game in the GTA. Watching Pope this past weekend, they are scrappy and fast but only have one good player. If Shanice McKoy is out for any reason, they will suffer big time. The same cannot be said for d'Youville. They have 5-6 great players. But Congrats big time on Pope winning another tournament. Thompson and Campion looked good.
Does anyone know this? Is Campion underachieving this year. They look as athletic as anyone and have a solid starting line up. I hear they are all coming back next year. Is this true?
Richview continues to lose games by 20, two weeks ago to Campion and this past weekend to Goetz. Whats with all the respect that they get. Through you Coach Wheeler and Hooptowngta.
Etobicoke are alot better than Richview. Just opionions.

Re: Coach Wheeler's Senior Girls Top 16 (Weekly)
Richview has beaten better quality of teams than Etobicoke for one, two Etobicoke seems to choke up during tournament play and there are facts to back it up. Personally Richview and Etobicoke do match up evenly so we will see when the TDSB West Final comes into play. As for D'Youville, nothing is wrong with being the #2 ranked squad in the GTA, Just feel that Pope put in more hard work and effort with the tourneys they participate in and I do believe that Pope has not yet lost a game as well, if they have someone please correct me. So that is why a rank Pope ahead of D'youville.

Re: Coach Wheeler's Senior Girls Top 16 (Weekly)
As far as I can tell, they have only had one common opponent all season. Pope beat Campion by 7 in the Centennial semi-final and D'Youville beat Campion by 8 in the Rimrocker final.
I have seen both teams play and I would also place D'Youville ahead of Pope right now. Coach Wheeler, perhaps you think sticking to the GTA and one mediocre tournament in Kingston is putting in "more hard work and effort with the tourneys" but I think most of us would give more respect to D'Youville's participation in two tournaments in Hamilton against the top teams in the province.

Coach Wheeler
Etobicoke beat Richview by over 20 head to head, maybe these teams ought to be reversed in your ranking

Re: Coach Wheeler's Senior Girls Top 16 (Weekly)
Coach Wheeler,
I noticed that you don't have Cardinal Leger in your Top 16????
Based upon my interpretation of the ROPSSA playoff seedings.
Leger is seeded #2.
So I am curious why you don't have them in your top 16 list ???

Coach Wheeler,
The fact that Leger beat Campion in league play, I would think would hold some weight.
Nevertheless your rankings make for some good discussion
Cheers
