Toronto Star Top Ten??

Does anyone know why David Grossman and the Toronto Star are not doing a girl's high school basketball top ten this year?

He didn't even have a profile of the upcoming Girls basketball season. No players to watch, no region by region predictions. NOTHING!
He certainly took care of the football though.
