There are still a couple of Junior Rimrocker spots reserved for non-GTA teams that have not been filled. If you are the coach of a competitive team and wish to participate, please e-mail xavier-rimrocker@hotmail.com as soon as possible.
Xavier Junior Rimrocker (Junior Boys)
Thursday, January 7 to Sunday, January 10, 2010
Games played at St. Francis Xavier SS, Our Lady of Mount Carmel SS, St. Edmund Campion SS, and St. Marcellinus SS
32 teams in eight pools of four teams
3 games guaranteed - up to 7 games for top 4 teams
Teams play 1 game after school on day one and 2 games on day 2. (Only one day of school affected.)
Top two teams in each group advance to playoffs on Saturday and Sunday
T-shirts for all players in final four as well as all-stars and MVP
Plaque for championship team and trophy for MVP
Medals for top 3 and ribbons for 4th place and quarter-finalists
This is an elite level tournament for teams from across the province that are serious contenders for their league title.
