Re: 2009 adidas Early Bird Classic at Father Henry Carr C.S.
The first two games will undoubtedly start the tournament off right
MT vs J Clarke
MT has been solid for years,no need to tell you what theye going to bring.
J Clarke was underated last year, but have a solid core in Leon Alexander,Aaron Redpath, and from what Im hearing Courtney Dawkins trasnfered there from Pickering
FHC vs George Harvey
The home school has talent from top to bottom, key guys include Raheim Isaac, Malik Alfred,Malik Brown etc
George Harvey has a talented and incredible athelete in Fidel, and are looking to showcase that they are a force in the West, now is there chance
Looks like a good tournament, but Im curious to know why is fellow TCDSB school Pope John Paul II is not a part of the field?
Pope,MT and FHC in one tournament would be a sight to see for sure!

Nice. Some of the biggest pains in the behind at any tournament are all the outraged folks who want to complain about having to pay or who try to scam their way in. I've heard many tourney organizers say it's one of their biggest headaches. Give the cheap buggers hell, Coach!

Everyone has to pay the admission fee.
The gym will not be open to the public for the first game on Thursday (MT vs J Clarke Richardson) and Friday (Martingrove vs Vaughan).
The doors will open approximately 2:45 pm.
If you show up before 2:30 pm, you will kindly be asked to leave the building.

It sucks that Carr and Martingrove are going to play before the finals.. but I see the winner of that game going against MT in the finals..Either game will be fun to watch
.. MT knocking off Carr last year for Ofssa.. And coming back from down 15+ points in the frist half to beat Martingrove in the tourney 2 years in a row.. Can't wait for Thursday to come..
