I hope we did enough to make D1; games this weekend count towards rankings so we will see.
We play Durham today without Tobias 6"7' -9 RB -10 pts and Trae 6"4' -5 RB -3 AST -22 pts per game
I have read the OBA rules twice and the Deadline to submit games was wednesday 9th,games this weekend do not count.I have notice every year you never seems to register your team early on the OBA website but yet you always get in the Division 1 without anyone seeing who you played to get in.
Like last season hoopdome should not have count but yet oba allowed the scores which teams to squeeze in.
If you have not register with oba as yet then how you allowed to submit your scores and register for sunday meeting?
Personally my views are OBA is money grabbing that does nothing to really help kids but do help clubs take money from parents and play minimum games to get in.
I will like to see how yaaace would get in D1
There are some big name teams that should not be in D1 so it would be a fun meeting on sunday,i am going to say what everyone is thinking all eyes would be on Etobicoke ellite and oakville who did not have a good season but their coaches are on the ranking committee.
Wildhawks is another team that had a ok etobicoke tournament did not do good in their own tournament. Then ran and hide so they look like they have a good season i also notice they entering scores after the deadline 9th may.
There are teams fighting for 3 spots.
already in D1 are Ballers,Mumba,Withby,Burlington skyhawks,Etobicoke #1
Teams trying to sneek in D1 take it from me you will be heading home early.
Division 2 should be called Division 1b because it would be just as tough as D1
