The Caledon Cougars, Etobicoke Thunder, Mississuaga Monarchs and the Oakville Vytis Basketball Associations are pleased to announce the formulation of the GTA WEST JUEL franchise for the 2012/13 season.
JUEL will be entering its third season (www.juel.ca). Its focus is on providing a higher level of competition for Grade 11 and 12 female elite basketball players, province-wide. The 2012/13 JUEL league will consist of 18 teams’ from Ottawa to Windsor. JUEL is intended to provide the best possible preparation for Ontario female high school age players who intend to continue their careers at the college or university level in Canada or the United States. All JUEL regular season and league championship competition has been sanctioned by Ontario Basketball.
