Location: Winston Churchill Collegiate Institute, 2239 Lawrence Avenue East
Format:
• All games will be regulation time; 4X 8 minute quarters.
• Certified league officials will referee all games.
• 8 team format (2 pools of 4) and guaranteed 3 games
• Top 2 teams from each pool make playoffs
Entry Fee:
• $325. Please make cheques payable to: Winston Churchill Collegiate Institute

• Wednesday December 19th – 8:30am, 10:00am, 11:30, 1:00, 2:30, 4:00, 5:30, 7:00, 8:30 (round robin)
• Thursday December 20th -8:30, 10:00, 2:00, 3:30, 5:00, 6:30 (round robin and playoffs)
Roster Lists:
• Once entered in the tournament a roster sheet will be sent to you, please take your time to complete this form and return it no later than December 6th. Fax number is (416) 396-6893 or through email michael.fortier@tdsb.on.ca
Dressing Rooms:
• Dressing rooms will be provided for each team and will be assigned prior to each game. Dressing rooms will also be shared with other participating teams. Don’t leave valuables unattended!
NOTE: Teams are responsible for their own warm-up balls.
SPECTATORS:.
• No spectators from visiting schools will be allowed throughout the tournament.
AWARDS:
• T-shirt and a plaque will be awarded to the Champions.
