MEGACITY Basketball Power Pro-Am
Megacity Basketball Inc. and Power Basketball Inc. of the NBL, have partnered
in an effort to build a platform for aspiring Canadian athletes AND Coaches to develop and demonstrate their skill and gain an opportunity to take their talents to the next level. The NEW Megacity Power Pro-Am will be looking for elite players and coaches in the GTA and beyond to participate in the best men’s league in the Toronto area. This opportunity will provide these players and coaches for a chance to be a part of the best professional league that Canada has to offer.
Megacity Power Basketball Pro-Am will look to enhance the experience of playing in a Men’s League by:
· Premium quality facilities for league play
· Recruiting exposure to NBLC Coaches and General Managers
· Championship Game could be played in full-size arena (i.e. Hershey Centre, General Motors Centre)
· All Star game will feature Megacity Power All-stars vs. NBLC Showcase Team
· Selection to Power Basketball Travel Team, which includes overseas tournaments
· Exclusive invitations to the NBL and Power Basketball combines
Pro-Am Information
· 6 regular season games + playoffs (if team qualifies)
· All games will be played at Ryerson University (Sunday afternoons and Tuesday nights)
· Officiated by Certified Basketball Officials
· Game format: 40 minutes STOP-time w/ FIBA Rules and Regulations
· June 23 – July 26
· All games are filmed and recorded – available for $5/game
· All game statistics are tracked and uploaded to our website
· All-Star game plus 3pt Shoot-Out and Slam Dunk Contest
