Pope John Paul II was missing Eternati Willock.
    Campion was missing Shay Colley.
St. Thomas More was missing Kia Nurse.

All three we're representing Canada in international competitions.

St. Mary's (without Kia Nurse because she plays for St Thomas More) is hands down the #1 team in Ontario.

They will win OFSSAA quad A or triple A (depending which they declare), even when Team Canada players return to their respective teams.

It was a very tough format because the initial pools were a major determinant of the championship semis. For example Pickering was in the same pool as St Mary's and that made it very tough for them to advance.

They had the smallest losing margin to St. Mary's of any team in the entire tournament. In order to advance they would have to beat one of the best teams in the Province in their pool game.

The missing players were a HUGE factor. All three are potential MVP's.
