Yup very legitimate. Originator Coach Devon Thompson recruited his YAAACE/Henry Carr student-athletes to attend Downsview and run this program.
A bit unsure of his *recruiting* ethics and how this program will go Neutral
Would this make all his players who transferred for this program to be eligible for the upcoming TDSB high school season as well?
