According to this article in the Toronto Star, Bill Crothers will have two senior teams. The first team will not compete in YRAA play (and thus not be eligible for OFSAA). Instead, their focus will be the many elite tournaments, mostly outside the GTA, that draw the top teams in the province on a regular basis. The focus will be on technical development and training during the week and high level competition on the weekends. The second team will compete in YRAA play.
It's an interesting route, one that might eventually spread to other sports magnet schools that chose to follow the Canadian Sport for Life principals.
