Baller November Workouts

We would like to welcome all Major Midget, Juvenile and Jr. player to our fall workouts. Our program works with big men to improve their footwork and post moves, their ball handling and mid-range jump shot. We also work with guards to improve their ball handling, court awareness, and mid-range to 3pts jump shot. With our new home at Humber College we have the facilities to develop Elite student athletes and also offer 1 on 1 skills development sessions and small group workouts. Through leadership, education and training our athletes will be prepared to compete in the OBA/AAU and graduate with the required academics to receive a University or College education or possibly a basketball scholarship. Saturday November 12th
U16: 7:00pm 8:30pm
U17 & U19: 8:30pm 10:00pm
Gym: Humber College Rexdale Campus - 205 Humber College Blvd. Etobicoke, ON

Sunday November 13th
U16: 11:00am 1:30pm
U17 & U19: 1:30pm 4:00pm
