Every team has a minimum of 3 games Maximum of 4. Top team in each division moves on to the Semis the 4 team will be the best out of the remaining 5 teams (excluding S.Y.O) decided by plus minus in case of a tie the team with the lest points against will advance.
The remaining 4 teams will play in the crossover consolation game.

Why is there no Quebec High schools in this tournament, or am i reading it wrong.

CEGEP is a "College of General and Vocational Education". They are comparable to community colleges, but are required to enter university, which is why secondary school and undergraduate degrees both are one year less in Quebec. (Wiki)

It's the same age as grade 12, but the high schools in Quebec traditionally go from 7 to 11.
