S-Elite is a travel team that will play at a high AAU level in the US and at the U13 level in Canada. The players we are looking for must be born in 2002. This team is not for every player as playing time is determined based on level of play, work ethic and overall commitment, whereas our original age level U12 is equal playing time.
Tryouts will be held on August 20th and August 27th 8pm to 10pm at the Milton Sports Centre.
Potential tournament sites include: New Jersey, Maryland, Indiana, Wisconsin, Chicago, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, New York and Virginia.
Stags Elite
In the Summer of 2013, Milton Stags Basketball has announced the forming of “S-Elite”. Supported by Nike Team, this will create Milton based OBA-AAU grass roots program offering exposure to Stags elite players in Canada and US. This elite team is put in the spotlight with guaranteed participation in prominent tournaments in North America, events that are largely regarded as top recruiting events that include:
New Jersey, Maryland, Indiana, Wisconsin, Chicago, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, New York, Florida and Virginia.
We are proud to offer a new brand of basketball to our members and we believe that S-Elite will raise to national prominence in the same manner we have been in Basketball Ontario (OBA) circuit. Coach Shane Bascoe will be the head coach of this team.
