THE ROCK Girls Basketball Spring Development Academy
Grade 8-9 & Grade 10-11

THE ROCK Sports is a sports organization where player development is the priority and team success is a by product of developed players. This program is special, because each athlete has a customized plan for their specific needs and abilities. The duration of the program is 4 months from March to June.

Academy includes 3 contact sessions per week:
• 2 individual/small group training sessions @ the exclusive SHED training facility
• 1 team skills training session @ Notre Dame per week

Try out Location:
Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School
1375 Harwood Ave N, Ajax, ON L1T4G8
Monday, February 27th from 7 to 10pm
Tryout Cost - $20 per player
Each Player receives a T-Shirt

This integrated athletic development and skill training program is lead by player development specialist, Keith Vassell. Coach Vassell is an experienced CIS and European professional head coach. He has played professionally and with the Canadian National Program for 11 years.

All participating athletes have the opportunity to compete in tournaments that THE ROCK has entered. Tournaments and games are optional, so for players who are presently on other teams you can utilize this program for player development while playing with your original team.

We are the exclusive representative of the Rising Stars Showcase Tournament for Durham and Peterborough Region. All participating athletes will get an official invitation to attend the invitational tryouts for this elite event.

Cost of the program is $300/month.
