    What's up Ballers,

    With Spring/Summer is among us & OBA wrapping up it's now time for the AAU circuit to begin. The Chosen Ones (TCO) is here to train elite players to help get them to the next level. We will be traveling to Montreal, Indiana, West Virgina, Ohio, Syracuse, & more. Our training consists of Dry land conditioning required to improve strength & quickness & Skill development in the gym. TCO is for Serious Ballers only ready & willing to bring their game to the next level. See you there!
