DEAR COACH:
Your Senior Boys’ Basketball team is invited to participate in the “Viper Classic” at Vaughan Rd Academy. Please confirm with one of the convenors to ensure your team has a spot in the tournament as we have an increasingly large number of teams that are interested.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
DATE: Wednesday, November 14th, 2012 12 noon-6pm
Thursday, November 15th, 2012 12 noon-6pm
Friday, November 16th, 2012 12 noon-6 pm
LOCATION: Vaughan Rd Academy

COST: $300.00 per team
FORMAT: - Eight teams in bracket format
- Each team is guaranteed three games
- Games will follow high school regulations
- Officiated by carded referees
IMPORTANT: SEND YOUR TEAM APPLICATION AND CHEQUE TO ENSURE YOUR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT. COMFIRMATION WILL FOLLOW ONCE YOUR PACKAGE (CHEQUE & FORM) HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
All participants in the tournament are required to be accompanied by a coach or school administrator at all times. If your coach or school administrator leaves the school all players are required to leave the premises also. Coaches and school administrators will be asked to enforce this rule.
