i never said it matters about shooting mechanics i just said he has bad shooting mechanics
its like asking why steve nash shoots so well its because he has good shooting mechanics and he has practiced that same shot a lot of times (repetition)
if two players that have never shot before shoot 10 shots one of them with good mechanics and the other with their own style...the one with good shooting mechanics is going to make a higher percentage.
Good shooting mechanics are elbow straight making the letter L
Your stronger leg slightly in front of your other leg
Knees bent
Ball comes off your fingertips wen you release
Good lift on your jumper

I've watched him shoot and he has one of the best looking jumpers for high school ball.He actually shoots the ball where some of the high school ballers when they shoot 3's they don't have the strength to shoot it they are actually throwing the ball.
