“Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.” – John Wooden, Head Basketball Coach, Emeritus, UCLA
Mission Statement
MUMBA is focused on player development within the sport of basketball. The mission is to drive character development through multiple levels of opportunity. We strive to create an environment in which every student athlete and coach is committed to the true spirit of competition through respect, integrity, responsibility, servant leadership* and sportsmanship. To accomplish this, we invest in our coaches’ development through education and a mentorship program. This will enable proper development of the student athlete through all stages of competition.
*Servant leadership definition: putting the group first while also being responsible for personal and group roles and performing at your best.
We provide multiple opportunities at different levels for student athletes to grow through the Youth Basketball Academy, Summer Camps, House League/Basketball School and our Rep Programs.
