This tournament was extremely predictable. i accurately predicted all teams and places after Day 1 n 2. Just gotta know the teams and players itself. Great bronze and gold medal games.

It was only predictable if you knew Cashius McNeilly was going to an AAU Tournament in NYC.

I disagree.

Thornlea added players that were at the Woodbridge tournament Thursday to fill in for the lost players on Saturday.

Didnt know AAU started in November. High school ball takes precedent but i guess some dont see it that way

I know they beat Gauchos and are 3-0 gauchos are AAU aren't they?

There is a difference between Thornlea Black and Thornlea Purple. (20-30 pts.)

If McNeilly et al are there I have to believe there is an excellent chance Thornlea wins.

That is not to discredit the teams in the final who played 3OT to decide. They were both worthy teams beyond any doubt.

who knows. i dont go based on chance. They added 4 or 5 players from those that won the Woodbridge tournament onto Saturday at FHC as they lost a few to this AAU tournament. They went 0-2, so clearly it doesnt matter at this point.

As for them playing AAU is their choice. There is a reason why many dont do AAU during HS season, also a reason why Halton region has a ban of any player in their school doing OBA/AAU during the HS basketball season, which can lead to those players suspended from game play such as Holy Trinity Jr last yr
