Whats wrong with Canadian prep schools
.....if you your 19 and want to come back for gr 13 can you transfer to a prep school in canada
you ineligible at your old school?

There are no prep schools in Canada like the ones in the US. There are some prep programs but they involve players going to regular schools while training and playing for a separate "prep" team. OFSAA treats them no differently then playing for an OBA team; they are considered club programs. The only thing that ends your high school eligibility is being too old (born in 1988 or earlier as of this coming school year) or if the coming school year is the 6th one since your graduating grade 8 class entered high school.

i thought eastern commerce was a prep school
