It's no secret that Grass Roots is one of the top programs in North America if not the best and to get a member of Grass Roots program on board with us is huge. Speaking to Coach Ro Russell and Coach Gordan over the past few months it was clear that Chaminade's commitment to academics and discipline played a major roll in their decision. I'm looking forward to working with Coach Gordan as Chaminade has taken another step to build a solid program. Coach Gordan is Assistant Director of Player Development as well as Head Coach of the 14U AAU team and Strength Conditioning Coach for Grass Roots.[/left]
