Sample the Academy Before the Academy!!!
On July 24th, 2010. You will have the opportunity to sample one of the most innovative basketball training programs. This interactive program will be a glimpse of the IYG Development program that will be commencing on August 9th. You will have the opportunity to sample one of the leading training equipment used by NBA and NFL players, the TRX suspension system. This session is absolutely FREE, Yes I said the F word, free! There is no age requirement for the academy, you do not have to be a member of the St. David’s program, but everyone does look good in blue! There are 20 spots available RSVP me.
