Registration starts on today - Wednesday August 4th, 2010. Check it out for yourself at 90 Woodbine Downs, Blvd. Rexdale, ON. This is the state of the art National Training Center located in central GTA. Biomechanical Assessment and/or Rehabilitation Training is covered by private health insurance!

The Division 1 Conditioning Package
Price: $199.00 + HST per month (biomechanical assessment included)
August 9th 2010 to September 3rd 2010.
Monday 5:00 - 6:30pm, 7:00-8:30pm Strength Day
Wednesday 5:00 - 6:30pm, 7:00-8:30pm Speed Day
Friday 5:00 - 6:30pm, 7:00-8:30pm Power Day (plyometrics)
The “Anytime” Conditioning Package
Price: $150.00 + HST per month (biomechanical assessment included)
After the 1st month: $100.00 + HST per month
*Biomechanical Assessment is included in your private health insurance.
Monday thru Friday 12noon - 10pm
Saturday/Sunday 9am – 6pm
VO2 Max and Dartfish coming soon!
