This camp will be a combination of skill development, competition, and fun, and intensity. The camp is designed for athletes who want to take their game to the next level during the down time of the March break.
Players will develop a wide variety of skills through station work and active drills that will challenge the players mentally and physically. There will be competitive games as well as break down scenarios. There will also be some fun games that will incorporate new skills and knowledge.
During the Winter Break 2010 The Blues Academy held a Winter Break Guard Skills Camp which had a great turn out, players ranging from 9 to 17 years old, both male and female. The focus for this mid-season camp was on teaching and developing a variety of skills. Coming off the Winter Break clinic we are looking forward and excited to host our second event during the March Break 2011.
