Monarchs APP - Athlete Performance Program
Monarchs Athlete Performance training program young ladies will learn the (ABC's) Agility, Balance and Co-ordination and and how it can improve your basketball game, make you a faster and stronger athlete and less prone to injury. Training sessions will be conducted by Kenny Manning. Kenny is a Registered Rehabilitation Therapist and certified Athletic Therapist . He brings 12 years of extensive experience as a basketball coach and has works with elite basketball, hockey, and lacrosse players. Along with his credentials and experience, Kenny brings an unmatched high energy and motivational atmosphere to his training sessions.
