    Tynisha McDowell (formerly of Denis O'Connor High School) in Ajax, has signed a scholarship with Howard in Texas. Tynisha spent her last 3 years of high school in the states. It is only NJCAA but she should be able to move the NCAA from there after 2 years. Texas has some very tough Girls Basketball down there.
