I would definitely put Holy Trinity at the number 3 spot for AAA, I seen them play both Mclaughlin and Trinity College and Tyler Miehm really impressed me, he has improved in all aspects, and is no longer one dimensional, and he has apparently been receiving interest from some CIS coaches. Their big man Akil Goodridge is also back, along with point guard Marcellus Paul. If Tyler can carry them when called upon, they will be able to do some damage.

The Dennis O Connor-Pine Ridge game in the opening round of the David Preston Memorial Tournament was an interesting match up of superstar players. Pine Ridge won the game 91-71, but Agunwa Okolie and Jamal
    Reynolds put on a show.

Pine Ridge 91 (Jamal Reynolds 47) Dennis O Connor 71 (Agunwa Okolie 39)
They also had 10 dunks between the two of them....final total Jamal 5 and Agunwa 5 as well. It was an entertaining game!

I hope we can see a Pine Ridge-Anderson match up so we can see Dyshawn Pierre and Jamal go head to head or a Dennis O Connor-Anderson match up so Agunwa and Dyshawn can square off.

denis oconnor should not be ranked higher than anderson as long as your willing to consider the fact that denis occonor played a deshawn-less team and only still only managed to beat anderson by about 6 points
not so impressive if you ask me considering the impressive roster denis oconnor has with one of the top players in the class of 2012 ironically he was being outplayed by jake hushcroft for most of the first half until he fould out on top of that their was some questionable refereeing ferthermore gl roberts never played anderson

    Spelen,

You're right! I made a mistake with G.L. Roberts. Those two teams haven't matched up this year so far. However, G.L. Roberts recently beat J Clarke Richardson so that carries some weight. This year Anderson is not matching against all the top teams so it is very hard to gauge how good they are. The Dennis O Connor match up was the measuring stick. Pine Ridge and Notre Dame have both defeated Dennis O Connor and Anderson lost, therefore, I had to drop them lower.

I'm aware that Dyshawn Pierre is hurt but that doesn't matter when you are ranking teams. If Dyshawn plays does Anderson win....maybe! There is a possibility that if Dyshawn plays, maybe D'OC plays better because they know that they have to step it up to compete effectively. I heard Dyshawn is in an aircast and may be done for the season. Is that true?

Teams are ranked on head to head match ups regardless of who is there and who is not. A Dyshawn-less Anderson team lost their head-to-head match up to D'OC.

i see your point about anderson not playing agains durham top team but i can tell you that deshawn is playing on fri in andersons own tourny on top of that they may face teams such as doc, j clark, and ajax (few more cant think of them rigth now) so we may finally get to see how good anderson is vs to durham teams

    Spelen,

Do you have any game results from the G.L. Roberts/Anderson Tourney?
There were a lot of teams playing on the championships side on the second day....J Clarke, Anderson, Laurier, D'OC etc....all I know is J Clarke won their first two games on Friday against Brother Andre and Pereyma. It would help with my next ranking this week.

There were some rumours about Haboubacar Mutombo transferring to Pine Ridge at the beginning of the season, however, it was premature. He's now officially enrolled at the school and received a transfer number. He is eligible to play at the start of February and will suit up for Pine Ridge this upcoming Thursday at their tournament.

Jordan is a top level talent and would definately have given our senior team a much better opportunity to compete with the likes of Pine Ridge, Pickering, etc.

On another note, here's the q-final match ups in senior LOSSA play-offs to be played this Thursday at 3:45.

    Notre Dame at All Saints
    Dunbarton at Pickering
    St.Mary at Pine Ridge
    JCR at Ajax

Semi finals will take place on Tuesday, February 21st as follows:
winner of ND/All Saints vs winner of Dunbarton/Pickering
winner of St.Mary/PR vs winner of JCR/Ajax

Finals will take place at Durham College on Thursday, February 23rd at 8:15pm (following the 3A junior, 4A junior, and 3A senior finals)

There will be a small cost at the door, but i still need to confirm the price.
