The season is still fairly young with a lot of basketball to be played. I think that you believe they are not in the league of J.Clarke, Pineridge or Notre Dame. I can't speak of yesterday's game becuase I wasn't there, but I heard last week that some of there key players were injured. I think they have to be 100% to beat either of the three teams I mentioned earlier. I am not making any excuses for them, but if they don't have thier top players healthy and playing on the road will prove to be a disadvantatge.
I did not see yesterday's game but by reading the score it seems as if there performance was mediocre at best. It appears that two of their top scorers were help to single digits and credit must be given to J. Clarke's coach and the players for shutting down Mary's top scorers.
However, I am confident that Mary's has a good team that will be ready to avenge those losses to both J. Clarke and Notre Dame.
Let's wait and see and stop writing St. Mary's obituary.
