Re: Mother Teresa Invitational
If Cy wasn't there then I still think Vaughan is the #1 team in the GTA but there is a huge gap between #2 Carr and the rest of the top-10, IMO.

Great Tournament. Congrats.
It would have been fun to see the Consolation Champs Notre Dame Ajax vs. the Champs Henry Carr A.

Re: Mother Teresa Invitational
On behalf of the Vaughan players, families and coaching staff, we would like to thank MT for inviting us into their house. We appreciate the opportunity to showcase the hard work that everyone has put into their respective programs. Ball in the GTA and surrounding areas has continued to challenge and inspire the best from everyone. Looking forward to the coming week.....Hoop It Up and the Carr Tourney will be 2 great venues that will be anxioulsy anticipated. "Coach Clement you da man!"

Re: Mother Teresa Invitational
Kind words and very much appreciated.
I would like to thank the many staff members who helped and supported this effort. They included: M. Paolini, R. Gonsalves, D. Ebreo, K. McNeilly, R. Gallacher, our administration and a number of other staff who showed their support by dropping by and helping in many other ways.
There were also many other students who helped at the scorers table, concessions, the door, clean-up, etc. Some I know from past tournaments and some members of the Athletic Council I met for the very first time. Some at the announcers table, scorers table and concessions area worked the entire tournament from beginning to end.
One person who contributed far more than myself was Jason Gill. He was responsible for updates, results, troubleshooter, set-up, clean-up, you name it. He is an amazing individual and one of Mother Teresa's most underrated but most indispensible assets.
Sometimes our school's reputation is not all that it could be but if anyone could meet and work with the amazing people who were part of this operation, their opinion would be changed. I am very proud of all that Blessed Mother Teresa represents!
