FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: U15 TEAM ONTARIO BOYS BASKETBALL
Dear OBA players, coaches and parents.
Our U-15 Team Ontario provincial staff has been very busy travelling throughout the province to hold open tryouts in order to identify and select athletes to our “invite only” tryout.
Due to the number of teams that were committed to tournaments in preparation for this weekend’s U-15 OBA championships, we as a staff felt it would be better to hold our “Invite Only” tryouts after the OBA season. We realize that our U-15 kids should focus and commit to their club teams at this point in time.
We appreciate the overwhelming support that clubs across the province have shown so far, and we hope that that will continue as we try to finalize our Top 80 Camp list. We are excited to be coming to Windsor this weekend to identify and inform players about our provincial program.
In addition we have two new tryout dates for those who haven’t yet had the chance to come out to an open tryout.
They are:
Monday May 14th, 2012
LOCATION: Toronto, Ontario: University of Toronto (Downtown campus, 55 Harbord street)
TIME: 6-9pm
Wednesday May 16th, 2012
LOCATION: London, Ontario: London Beal High School (525 Dundas Street, London Ontario)
TIME: 7-9:30pm (athletes from this tryout will be notified Thursday)
Our 2 Invite Open tryouts are slated for:
