Other teams at the tournament included St.Jean de Brebeuf (Hamilton), St. Thomas More, Cathedral, Holy Trinity (Oakville). Other results, St. Francis Xavier (peel) 0-2

MacNab (Hamilton) led the whole way and had a strong tournament. VANIER was missing a solid player who had gone down in the semifinal game vs SJB. MacNab was the only public board team there. It's a shame they will likely lose their season. Only loss this year was to Emery in the OT final of the DY junior tournament.

Do you have the semi-final matchups?

Vanier held on to beat Brebeuf (Hamilton) after a big lead was cut in the 4th Q. The Vanier scoresheet was never posted.

MacNab led the whole way and beat Cathedral (Hamilton) 61-46.

How did Holy Trinity fare?

Not a great weekend for Xavier but I have also been told that the starters played only part of the first game and the bench was given the chance to show what they can do the rest of the time.
