U16 TIDP Central East Team Info

Are you interested in developing as a basketball player for the next level of basketball? Do you have aspirations of playing on the provincial team, on an AAU team, or your senior high school team? Do you want to play basketball at the post-secondary level?

If so, then the Talent Identification and Development Program might be a great fit for you.

This team is geared for development and organized by Ontario Basketball, it is not affiliated with any club. There is a cost to participate, and details can be found at the link below.

You can tryout for the U16 TDIP Central East Team:

If you live in York Region (Vaughan, Markham, Newmarket, Woodbridge, Aurora), Toronto, Etobicoke, or North York
If you are born in 1997 or 1998 (grade 9 or 10).

U16 CENTRAL EAST TIDP TRYOUT INFORMATION:
-May 21 (6:30pm-9pm) at Dante Alighieri (50 Ameer Ave)
-May 30 (6-8pm) at Martingrove CI
-June 4 (6-8pm) at Vaughan SS
-June 12 (6-8pm) at Riverdale CI

One-time tryout fee of $25 for all 4 tryouts and you get a TIDP jersey.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
-Starting June 23 to August 13
-At the University of Toronto
-Every Sunday (3-5pm)
-Every Tuesday (6-8pm)

TOURNAMENT and OVERNIGHT CAMP
-The team will compete at a tournament and overnight camp
-August 16-18 at Abilitities Center and Durham College
