Picking right up where we left off this summer, The Hoop Factory will begin winter training sessions starting Feb 2nd 2009. The Winter Session will run 8 consecutive weeks focusing on fundamental skills, one-on-one breakdown moves, offensive and defensive footwork, vertimax and sparq training.
Registration now includes player evaluations, including vertical leap and agility testing.
It also includes a Nike Hoop Factory reversible jersey and welcome package.

Participants will spend significant time working on the following:

Shooting
Passing
Ball handling
Defense
Sparq training (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness)www.sparqtraining

Plyometric training
Core Training
