    TDCAA Playoffs? Empty TDCAA Playoffs?

Post by DaKidMusclez Wed Feb 11, 2009 3:53 pm

Who are the top teams that are going to do damage this year from west and east in the playoffs? Also, who's better TDSB or TDCAA? I really feel that they should group them together into one and make a bigger league. Thoughts?

Also, that would mean adding every other sport as well which can bring up complications for gym space etc.

TDSB is better..but there are 3 strong teams in TDCAA ...Carr, MT and PJP2...but it will be MT vs Carr in the final.

There are three strong teams in the TDCAA (also maybe O'Connor who took Pope to overtime?) and how many in the TDSB? Eastern, Oakwood, West Hill and ???

Catholic and Public play together in Peel and Durham. Why not here?

You need two tiers for sure in that scenario. But some schools have been calling for a Super League for years.

It probably would help the level... however I think the current system works great. We already have teams, coaches, players and fans complaining about the amount of OFSAA bids that certain leagues get... what would have if Toronto did become one large league? Would the top 3 or 4 teams in the top tier all declare differently so they were all able to go to OFSAA? I think the logistics of some things would need to worked out properly before anything like this were to occur.

On a side note.... all seedings and first round playoff games should be posted on the TDCAA website by this evening. Should be some great games coming up, as apart from the top few teams... there is a lot of parody amongst the rest.
