woodbridge has been disqualified from the yraa playoffs for playing an ineligible player against the aurora- woodbridge game in the last couple of seconds, so woodbridge had to forfeit there seed in the playoffs, and aurora will be moving on to play vaughan on tuesday

well i kno ppl who go to aurora high school, and there coach called them and told them what happened, its not a rumour, they will be playing vaughan on tuesday

I'm a little confused as to why Woodbridge would put in an ineligible player late in the game. They certainly would have known his status.
As brought up here before, OFFSAA has laid downthe hammer against Pickering so they certainly cannot allow Woodbridge to move on.
Very sad, as Woodbridge would have represented very well at AA OFFSAA

if player x played in a yraa game and not in a offsa qualifier game would they still have a chance to make offsa and just get dq from york?

peronsally i dont think woodbrigde would do something like that i tihnk they would love to play vuaghan sinec it would be a nice warm up be4 offsa and woodbrigde i dont think wud lose by 40 this time also they have been playing some good basketball of late and its a shame that this happened

Whatupdawg-- I think it would be wise to put more thought in before you post. Accusing a team of being afraid to play a team is ridiculous, and seeing already that Pickering was disallowed to participate in OFFSAA for a similar incident, your theory wouldn't make too much sense. Both you and myself are not a part of the Woodbridge basketball staff and it's best not to be making such claims with out any substance. It's an unfortunate way for a season to end. They had a solid run and should be strong next year with with additions from their Junior team.
