    Dates and Times:

    9am-12pm Monday to Friday

    July 6th-10th Session 1

    13th-17th Session 2

    July 20th-24th Session 3

    July 27th-31st Session 4

    Aug 10th-14th (Back to School Outdoor Boot camp)

    Aug 17th-21st (Back to School Outdoor Boot Camp)

    Cost: $225 if you complete registration before June 10th (discount also available on multiple weeks)
    $250 after June 10th

    The Hoop Factory Annual Summer Training and Development Camp is back for its 5th year!!!! Each year our program has grown both in size and popularity as players and parents begin to see the value and need for training. Our training and coaching staff includes current and former collegiate and professional players, ensuring the highest level of instruction from teachers with "Real Experience". Parents, lets make The Hoop Factory the only place for your son or daughter this summer

    Each participant will also receive a player evaluation form, including vertical leap and agility testing.

    Participants will spend significant time working on the following:

    Shooting
    Passing
    Ball handling
    Defense
    Sparq training (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness) www.sparqtraining.com
    Resistance band training
    Plyometric training
    Core Training
    Flexibility training

    Good question, some more info would be greatly appreciated.

    Will the outdoor back to school boot camps be similar / different to the other camps? In what ways?

    Also, what age groups are these two outdoor August camps for?

    Back 2 School Boot Camp...Enjoy the last few weeks of summer outdoors!!!!!!

    Here it is.

    The Hoop Factory Presents” Back 2 School Boot Camp”

    Get ready for your season with the Hoop Factory.
    Our Boot Camp will utilize actual NCAA pre-season training methods.

    Player will spend 3 days on the field working on basketball specific conditioning drills, and two days in the weight room with certified personal trainer Dr. Thomas Lamb. The weight room sessions will include time on the vertimax building explosive jumping power, as well as an introductory crash course on Olympic lifting.

    Boot Camp will include:
    Sparq training (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness)
    Resistance band training
    Plyometric training
    Core Training
    Flexibility training

    When: Monday August 10th-14th
    Monday August 17th-21st

    Where: Mon, Wed, Friday on the field- Riverdale Park (Broadview just north of Gerrard on the west side)

    Tues and Thurs at F.I.T.S- 300 Campbell Ave suite 208
    Toronto, Ont, M6P 3V6 (Dupont and Lansdowne)

    F.I.T.S will also serve as the rain site in the case of bad weather.

    Time: 10am -12:30 pm
    Cost: $250 per week
