Re: Peel Tier I Scores
I want to congratulate both teams for an exciting game that came down to the wire. Campion will be a force this year - they have an athletic, well-coached and balanced team.
We (Ascension) do need to work on some things - too many mental errors and lack of discipline at times. Still, we had the ball and a chance to win at the end but Campion is full marks for their win.
We have been "under the radar" this year but we have a talented hard-working group that will continue to get better as the year progresses.

Ascension 59 (Bikram Gill, 18) Sandalwood 57 (Troy Grant, 23)
Looked like it was going to be a fairly easy win but Sandalwood came back from 12 down in the 4th to tie it but we pulled it out. Sandalwood is a nice squad .... they work hard and very composed. The Tier 1 North Division will be a battle.

Brampton Centennial 68 (Paul Williams 18, Ashton Howell-Stephenson 17)
Ste Famille 63
We've had to deal with a lot of injuries and off court distractions in the last week and a half. Two of our starters have been out with significant injuries and another has been playing hurt. We've had 8 guys at practice. I want to credit my team for hanging in there and playing hard during times of adversity.
With that said, we do have to get better at certain aspects of our game, that we are letting slide away.

D'Youville 61 @ Notre Dame 63
Hard fought game on both ends. DY had a 10 point lead at half, but ND held DY to 5 points in the 3rd quarter. Very exciting game to say the least. I believe this is DY's first loss in league play in the last 2 years?

Nice job for Sandalwood. Three close games now... This division is tough!
