who's taking peel tier 2 this year??

The Rick Hanson Tournament coming up this friday and saturday should answer alot of questions. The teams are:
South:LP(1-3),Woodlands(3-0)
Central:Rick Hanson(2-1),Central Peel(2-3),Erindale(1-2)
North:Bramalea(2-3)
Toronto: North Toronto(2-2)
and most likely a 8th team TBA.
Woodlands is the only defeated team.
LP at the moment is the worst team(record wise)
This should answer some questions. Who's the team to beat?...Who wins it?.

Erindale (2-2 they beat Streetsville yesterday which wasn't on the revised schedule)

Is how I'd rate them.

Pocock 51 Fraser 42

both teams played good and were tied until 1:25 left in forth

and fraser couldnt respond from pocock late ralley scoring

but these teams should finish top 2 in there division

fraser is seriously ., they lost to clarkson. They are not going to finish top 2

yes they lost to clackson but it was the first game of the season they will still finish 2nd

lol..everyone thinks there going win the ship...and there not even going get first seed in the playoffs. Think about being first in your own division b4 saying your going win the championship.

I think Robert F. Hall taking it all this year. There 4-0 at this point and play heartlake next week, there true test for this year because they have easily beaten there opponents up to this point by 12+ points each. They made it to the semi's two years in a row. I think Robert Hall's going to take the north and the tier championship. No one talks about them but there a team to watch out for. They have a huge line up, with very good rebounders including Marko Pirovic a grade 10 who played for the Ontario Provincial Team and they also have 3 other big man at 6'4, 6'5 and 6'3. The guards they have are very good rebounders, who get to the bucket but also are very good shooters. So even though no one ever talks about Robert Hall. They are a team to seriosly watch out for.

ok robert hall is a team to look for but at the same time heartlake and lincoln are also huge threats. heartlake has a great guard play and solid big guys who knoe how to play. lincoln is the same thing a gudd guard play and all starting 5 can shoot the ball meaning they can spread the floor. heartlake lincoln and hall are gunna be the teams to watch for in the north division and hlss plays both of these teams this week monday and tuesday so we will see results

Halls sitting at 7-0 now.. Beat heartlake, Chingacousy & North park this week..I Heard pokolk is Undefeated aswell..Thats a team to look out for in the central division i believe..

Pocock is no longer undefeated. They are now 6-1.

Philip Pocock 41 Central Peel 50.
Central Peel was up by 1 with about 3 1/2 minutes left and later on hit two 3's and never looked back.

That is good news for the hall squad-- Being the only Undefeated seed..Is Central Peel a team to be Looking out for?

Its going to be great to see how this plays out.

k so who do yall think will win it from the entral division. i mean all teas are failrly even.
even if the seeding doesnt show it u should look at the scores
like rick beat central and fraser by a couple of points that went down to the wire
fraser beat central peel but they loose to rick by 1
then central goes ahead and beats the top team in the division philip pockock
philip pockock also beat fraser and rick
so all teams look like they beat each other in any given day
so who will tier 2
only time will tell


and also if the 2 teams in tier 2 make the finals do both go to ofsaa later on and how is the placement in ofsaa determined

I'm just saying I went undefeated last year. Won Peel and didn't go to OFSSAA.
We had an even better team when I was in grade 11 and went 24-0 and still didn't go to OFSSAA.

You're in tier 2 so ur not going into OFSSAA. Don't need to cry.

I think it is worth keeping an eye on PC in the south - they've got some sweet shooters and a lot of heart and determination. They have been pretty strong in some tournament play and seem to be getting better every game. Huge comeback victory against Applewood (down by 15) with a clutch 3 pointer to win the game. You never know.

ofssaa teaams are ones that win tier1. they play aaaa. if you are a small school you have a mini tournament for aaa aa or a. depends on school size. schools like bca play in A tournament. aaaa is for big schools only. the only tier 2 teams goin to ofssaa are the smaller ones.
