On July 24th, 2010. You will have the opportunity to sample one of the most innovative basketball training programs. This interactive program will be a glimpse of the IYG Development program that will be commencing on August 9th. You will have the opportunity to sample one of the leading training equipment used by NBA and NFL players, the TRX suspension system. This session is absolutely FREE, Yes I said the F word, free! There is no age requirement for the academy, you do not have to be a member of the St. David’s program, but everyone does look good in blue! There are 20 spots available RSVP me. You can go in and register whenever you want its a clinic. Check it out! Were open 9 till 10 mon til fri sat 9 til 6. Ask as many questions as possible

The clinic is in the hockey arena upstairs. You ll see physiomed/NTC. The October program will be strictly to help your one on one game that are basketball related.
