HomeI started this topic because i am totally confused about what class ppl are in. You look at a guy like Julian Clarke whos class of 2010 and was born in 1992 and then you look at a guy like Duane Notice who they say is class of 2013 and was born in 1994...isnt Duane supposed to be class 2012 because hes 2 years younger than Clarke and is graduating that year? A guy like Negus who they put as 2012 but really should be 2011 because hes going into his last year of high school and then they put a guy like Naz Long whos the same age as Negus but put him as class of 2011 on Espn....totally confused about this someone help me out.

The difference is Julian graduated in Canada.
The other players are listed as if they are heading south and being re-classified as happens when you go down.

yeah but not all prep schools re classify you though, i believe its only some because i know of some players who are my age 1993 and are in the class of 2011 not 2012. Naz is at Montrose and they put him as 2011 which means he is heading into his final year of high school. All im sayin is that they dont re classify all players....i guess you could choose what year you wanna graduate depening weather or not you wanna stay for an extra year...

Some want to stay back a year, many others were failing quite badly in Canada and needed to be held back a year.
