Additional spaces have been added to our intensive one-week day camp to accommodate new athletes. **NEW** Any new athletes who attend the day camp will receive FREE admission to the FULL MONTH of August’s BOLT dryland training program (an additional 13 sessions, valued at $150!).
Dates and Times: The One-Week Day Camp runs next week, from Monday, July 25th – Friday, July 29th from 9am-3pm. A 1 hour lunch/ open scrimmage break will occur from 11:30-12:30 each day.
Location: Silverthorn CI (291 Mill Rd, Etobicoke, ON). The school is located on Mill Rd in-between Bloor and Burnhamthorpe, and is easily accessible by TTC (a 10 minute ride on the 49 Bloor West bus from Kipling Station).
Cost: $225 per participant. Cost includes: BOLT T-Shirt, lunch on the final day of camp, individual player insurance, a full BOLT Fitness Test and printed results sheet, the opportunity to attend all BOLT August sessions (a $150 value), and high-quality instruction in all of our program aspect areas (i.e. “School of Hopz” Vertical training, Plyometric and Resistance Training, the “Sharp Shotz” system, Dry Land training, and our Advanced Training Equipment). The Camp will also feature several guest trainers and coaches, as well as special sessions regarding mental training and building basketball IQ.
