Grassroots/Ajax Lions Juvenile U17 (Under 17, Born in 1995)

After falling short of being Ontario Champs, our season still turned out to be a success. Not only did we finish 3rd but we had a successful AAU season. We're now rebuilding as we were fortunate that 5 of our players are now playing high school basketball in the U.S. We've receive a lot of response from players interested in joining our program as they too aspire to play in the US next year. We can't provide guarantees but we'll push you to be the best

Tryout fee is $20 and must be paid prior to start of the 1st tryout. Of the players trying out, 20 players will be selected to travel to Detroit on Saturday 24th September. After Detroit we'll decide if we have enough quality talent to feature 2 Division 1 teams. You can also email me at coach.phillips@yahoo.ca

Coach Philips does grassroots run development program

We have decided to add 2 additional days of tryouts. We had over 40 kids that showed up , so we decide the additional days were required. Players that wish to still try out must register at Falstaff Community Centre Saturday 24th September 2011 for 1PM. We may have 2 team @ this age group based on the number of quality players that attended tryouts.
