Open Skills Session at Pine Ridge SS for Junior Team

There will be an exciting skills, drills and performance session for all those interested in playing basketball under the Pine Ridge Junior Program next year. This session is designed for all of our current Grade 9 students and our incoming Grade 8 students. The event will focus on development, current skills and making the transition to high school level performance.

Time: 3:00-5:30 pm
Where: Pine Ridge Secondary School - Large Gym
When: THURSDAY, JUNE 7th, 2012.

The event is only open to athletes who will be attending Pine Ridge Secondary School in the fall-it is not an OPEN GYM session. The coaching staff looks forward to meeting you and introducing you to some of your new teammates. All athletes are welcome to attend and visit our newly renovated facility and our basketball program is eager to get started.

I look forward to meeting the incoming and returning players. There is great energy around the program at Pine Ridge.

The coaching is staff is enthusiastic and motivated and that is a great starting point for any program. We are hoping for big things to continue for us moving forward!

After 11 great years at Mother Teresa I am proud and happy to be a part of the coaching team at Pine Ridge.

Thursday's session was a revelation to me!

Plenty of talent and some good size in both the incoming and returning players.

I am looking forward to continue working with these athletes.

The next session will be this Thursday, June 14th @ 3:30 in the Large Gym at Pine Ridge.

Last weeks session was very impressive and we look forward to meeting any new candidates this week.
