Hey hoops fans,
There's a brand new NBA/Basketball radio show on TSN 1050 AM called 1-on-1
and it's hosted by my good friends Will Strickland(WallStrizzle1) and Duane
"Sweets" Watson(@SweetsWatson). It debuted Saturday nights at 10pm-11pm
but will be moving to Sunday nights at the same time starting this Sunday
January 6th.
I was fortunate to be a guest on the show and got a chance to discuss Canadian
basketball as well as the direction and focus of On Point. We all truly had a
blast!
Will and Duane have been in the game for a minute and their basketball
knowledge is top notch. They got game too!
This is a great platform for basketball in general and Canadian hoops and quite the accomplishment to have a basketball show on a major radio station in Canada so they would appreciate the support from the hoops community.
They've had guests on as well like Raptors Head Coach Dwane Casey and ESPN's Skip Bayless.
