the list it's self aint too bad, other than West Hill being a little low & the HM's. Other than that its alright with the additions with the two best teams out of Halton.

West Hill is not that good. YES I SAID IT (mr.phillippe)

i went to watch some of their games@MT tourney, i was not impressed

1.Shot Selection- someone tell Adrian T. to PASS THE BALL!!!....this is a team sport.......i seen lots of time his teamates got angry with him and he looked them off

    2. three-balls- i dont know who is telling them to keep shooting but when ur entire offense is JACKING 3's GOOD LUCK in the playoffs & OFSAA

theres a old sayin----YOU LIVE BY THE 3, YOU (blank) BY THE THREE

    Coach Phillippe's get@me

I thought West Hill played a great game against #2 Mother Teresa. West Hill is a very good and well coached team but I think it is their consistency that is troubling them.

    Looks like a good list.

I would only switch #7 Assumption and #8 West Hill, and remove (HM) Markham for J.C Richardson

but none of the less good list

It is funny that you criticise West Hill and then wish them luck at ofsaa??? How does a terrible team make it to ofsaa especially from the GTA??? Your logic and post makes no sense. I think that most observers are impressed with the job that coach philippe has done with West Hill and I would doubt that any team would underestimate them come playoff time and ofsaa.

Thanks for the support Coach C and tb11.

The reality is that you can't make everyone happy no
    matter what you do!

Luckily our success this season is not determined by opinion, but performance on the court.

As far as performance on the Court goes, the team is playing at a high level and at 21-5 with some big wins (and some hard-fought, competitive losses that were great learning experiences) I would say the season has been successful so far. Now the key is to bring consistent effort to every game down the stretch and peak through playoffs so we CAN make it to OFSAA.

No doubt the GTA is extremely competitive this season, and it's been proven that any team can beat any other, so we won't be underestimating anyone! If other teams, fans, media or Coaches want to underestimate us, that's absolutely fine with me. Very Happy

Love the passion for GTA Hoops, whatever your opinion is!

(whatupdawg, I'll answer your question about returning players on the West Hill Warriors topic, https://hooptowngtaforums.forumotion.com/senior-discussions-f1/west-hill-warriors-basketball-2008-09-t706.htm)

    Coach Philippe,

Some people don't do there research anymore!

Remember guy's, West Hill is the only team in the GTA, to have defeated #1 Eastern Commerce. I think they have a great chance at OFSAA! Congrats on what your team has accomplished so far, & good luck going into the "make it, or break it" stretch of the season!
